Compensation is $17–$0 per year. The Direct Support Professional, Front-End Night Schedule role is an onsite, full-time position in Mason City, IA. The schedule is three 12-hour night shifts per week, including every Saturday night and two additional nights between Sunday and Tuesday, for 36 hours weekly and four days off. One Vision supports people with disabilities in pursuing independence and community connection. The DSP supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily activities, community participation, and personal goals. The role contributes to independence and well-being through practical assistance, transportation, medication support according to training and procedures, and meaningful relationships.

What you'll do

• Support daily activities such as cooking, personal care, laundry, and household tasks. Help individuals build independence and confidence
• accompany them on community outings, activities, appointments, and events
• provide transportation using approved vehicles
• assist with medications according to training and procedures
• support grocery shopping and personal finances
• complete electronic documentation
• and build positive relationships.
