Low Voltage Project Manager

The Low Voltage Project Manager role is onsite in Fort Myers, FL, with compensation of $80,000–$85,000 per year. Modern Tek Solutions provides low-voltage infrastructure and network services, with a mission to implement tailored technology and achieve customer satisfaction across Florida. The role owns assigned construction and renovation projects from kickoff through closeout, coordinating teams, labor, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver work on schedule, within budget, and in line with contract documents and company standards. It is focused on project execution and delivery rather than field labor.

What you'll do

• Manage construction projects from award through closeout
• plan schedules and execution
• manage budgets, labor forecasts, cost tracking, and financial performance
• coordinate foremen and temporary labor
• maintain RFIs, submittals, as-built drawings, and closeout packages
• identify scope gaps, change opportunities, and risks
• coordinate field execution and conduct site visits
• represent the company with customers and general contractors
• support punch lists and turnover.
