What you'll do
- Supervise and manage nursing staff

- ensure minimum nurse and nurse-aide staffing levels and required staffing data postings
- assess significant resident status changes using the Resident Assessment Instrument process
- maintain clean, safe, and sanitary resident and treatment areas
- verify census and report admissions, discharges, leaves, and bed-holds
- assist with transfers and discharges
- audit clinical documentation
- complete administrative forms and reports
- communicate with physicians and the care-planning team and follow up on critical labs, orders, and notifications.
