The Part-Time Educational Aide II – Gilson role is onsite in Erie, PA, Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is $18 per hour. Child Development Centers, Inc. provides care and education to children in the classroom. The aide supports the Lead Teacher in classroom care and learning, helping implement curriculum and intentional play, supporting children’s literacy and self-regulation, and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment.

What you'll do

• Support the Lead Teacher with classroom care and education
• help implement the Creative Curriculum and intentional play
• engage children verbally
• support literacy development and self-regulation
• supervise children
• report developmental or behavioral concerns
• maintain a clean, safe classroom
• attend post-observation conferences.
