What you'll do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or technical equipment issues
• perform routine maintenance and repairs
• install and set up equipment
• respond to service calls and provide on-site customer support
• document service activities, parts, and customer interactions
• maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles
• explain issues and solutions to customers
• follow safety protocols and company procedures
• perform vehicle maintenance, safety inspections, and tool and material inventories
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
