What you'll do
- Take service requests from clients, caregivers, and referral sources and verify patient information
- verify insurance and obtain physician orders, prior authorizations, and medical records
- schedule technicians and create work orders
- track work orders through completion
- review completed work for accuracy and payer compliance before billing
- enter repair parts and verify HCPCS codes
- provide backup support to the Rehab Coordinator.
