Homecare Supervisor

Job overview

The Homecare Supervisor role is onsite in Northbrook, IL, with compensation of $22–$28 per hour. The position coordinates care for CCP, DHS, and Veterans clients and combines caregiver oversight with community marketing and networking.

What you'll do

• Evaluate referred clients
• communicate with case management organizations, clients, and families
• monitor care against plans
• document client contacts
• prepare reports and service calendars
• supervise, train, and evaluate homecare aides
• conduct in-home supervisory visits
• coordinate service plans
• maintain personnel records
• support referrals and caregiver recruitment
• and serve as a community liaison. Travel to facilities and community events is required at least 25% of the time.
