What you'll do

• Provide elephant husbandry, including diet preparation and cleaning exhibit and holding areas
• develop and implement enrichment
• assist with research projects and exhibit modifications
• complete required skills and training lists
• maintain keeper reports and area records
• assist with staff training and direct volunteers, seasonal employees, and interns as directed
• act on safety or security issues
• participate in behind-the-scenes tours, elephant greets, and painting activities.

Why this role
