What you'll do

• Support project managers from project startup through closeout
• assist with schedules, budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and documentation
• coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, materials, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
• participate in meetings and track action items
• review drawings, specifications, contracts, and requirements
• communicate with customers and project teams
• help identify risks, schedule impacts, and cost issues
• support billing, job-cost reporting, and closeout
• visit jobsites as needed
• maintain focus on safety, quality, accountability, and customer service.
