What you'll do

• Manage wellness staff across shifts
• coordinate services for residents
• conduct quarterly evaluations and assessments and update service plans
• oversee department operations and regulatory compliance
• review occurrence reports and determine whether assessments or state reporting are needed
• build relationships with residents and families
• manage inventory within budget
• plan staff meetings and training
• hire and develop staff
• conduct wellness activities and safety assessments
• support floor operations as needed.
