Lead Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Supervise and train maintenance staff
• perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
• complete work orders and oversee apartment turns
• coordinate vendors and preventive maintenance
• conduct property inspections and ensure safety compliance
• participate in an on-call emergency rotation. Requires HVAC and EPA certification, three or more years of apartment maintenance experience, a valid Texas driver's license, and reliable transportation.
