What you'll do

• Develop engineering strategy
• lead Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, and Automation teams
• drive yield improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization
• oversee new product introduction, process validation, and production ramp-up
• establish engineering standards and documentation
• implement manufacturing technologies and automation
• monitor yield, uptime, throughput, and production cost
• lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• oversee capital equipment planning and budgets
• develop engineering staff
• support digital transformation, capacity planning, and executive updates.
