What you'll do
- Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
- diagnose and repair electrical fixtures, plumbing leaks, drywall, flooring, and basic mechanical issues
- assist with third-party contractors and vendors
- monitor fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency lighting for code and OSHA compliance
- track and complete work orders in the CMMS.
