• develop Long-Term Care and Acute Care channels
• identify growth opportunities
• lead product marketing, brand, digital, CRM/Salesforce, sales effectiveness, and launches
• lead cross-functional projects
• improve operating rhythms, dashboards, and KPIs
• collaborate with global teams
• represent U.S. customer and market needs
• lead and develop team members
• travel domestically approximately 25%.
