What you'll do

• Provide individualized resident care according to care plans
• assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and other care needs within scope of practice
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• answer call bells
• perform assigned tasks such as vital signs and weights
• document care
• follow safety and infection-control procedures
• communicate with residents, families, visitors, peers, and supervisors.
