Store Lead

What you'll do

• Monitor store performance, product levels, and compliance with company standards
• support business goals and long-term solutions
• deliver an elevated client experience and build customer relationships
• pursue individual KPI goals
• assist with merchandising and sales-floor maintenance
• provide style and fit feedback
• fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and clean
• open and close the store
• directly manage a team alongside store leadership
• provide regular feedback and performance discussions.
