What you'll do

• Greet and check in patients
• manage calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow-ups, and copays
• assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations
• update patient information
• room patients and prepare them for visits
• take vitals, update medical histories, and document in the electronic health record
• assist providers with procedures and vaccines
• perform point-of-care testing
• maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow safety protocols.
