What you'll do

• Oversee hotel sales and marketing, human resources, budgets and forecasts, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
• develop strategies to meet revenue and profit goals
• establish guest-service standards
• manage guest and community relations
• monitor financial performance and costs
• represent the hotel in community and industry organizations
• maintain property standards
• direct and evaluate department supervisors
• interview, hire, train, supervise, and assess supervisors
• address employee complaints and problems.
