Intake Navigator — Energy Assistance

The navigator helps the Energy Assistance program serve clients and households by managing intake and application processes. The role supports access to services through responsive communication, accurate paperwork, appointment scheduling, and client assistance.

What you'll do

• Process phone calls and walk-ins
• schedule appointments
• complete intakes
• process applications and other paperwork
• provide services to clients and households
• maintain privacy and confidentiality
• and travel to locations within the agency service area as needed.
