Quality Lab Manager

The Quality Lab Manager role is onsite in Denver, CO. Compensation is $110,000–$145,000 per year. The manager leads a laboratory team supporting analytical testing of materials for Solid Power's solid-state electrolyte and battery cell pilot and pre-pilot lines. The manager oversees laboratory quality systems, testing protocols, staff, equipment, and compliance while improving workflow, automation, and methods. Reliable testing and quality controls support materials evaluation and product development.

What you'll do

• Supervise and train laboratory personnel
• schedule staff and order supplies
• maintain health and safety protocols
• manage the laboratory quality management system and records
• ensure calibration and maintenance of equipment
• manage sample disposal
• review and approve validation protocols, reports, and test methods
• maintain quality procedures and regulatory compliance
• monitor quality metrics
• conduct audits
• coordinate corrective actions and root-cause analysis
• support product development and validation
• prepare data reports and recommendations.
