The Mental Health Therapist — Illinois (Part-Time) role is remote for Illinois-based clinicians. Compensation varies by location: Chicago residents receive $76 per hour for clinical sessions and $23 per hour for administrative work; outside Chicago, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85 per hour. Two Chairs provides integrated therapy and psychiatry supported by technology and outcome measurement. The therapist delivers evidence-based care to adult clients, conducts assessments, tracks progress, and adjusts treatment as needed. The role contributes to accessible, high-quality mental health care through direct therapy, documentation, and collaboration with other providers.

What you'll do

• Deliver remote evidence-based therapy to adults age 18 and older using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
• maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week and 8–24 hours of weekly availability Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST
• conduct ongoing therapy and new-client assessments
• use data to guide treatment and adjust care based on progress
• collaborate with providers and refer clients when appropriate
• complete, sign, and lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
