Maintenance Assistant — Part-Time, Third Shift

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep
• complete work orders and projects such as painting, drywall, floor care, plumbing, electrical, ceiling tile, and window repairs
• maintain exterior areas and assist with snow removal and salting
• transport trash, soiled linens, and materials
• inspect and maintain facility equipment
• conduct fire drills and safety inspections
• report hazards and malfunctions
• assist with security and quality improvement
• provide transportation if assigned.
