Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with compensation of $46–$48 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care
• supervise and instruct nursing assistants
• support written care plans and care conferences
• conduct rounds
• document nursing care and patient responses
• complete admission, transfer, and discharge assessments
• administer medications and treatments as ordered and appropriate
• communicate changes in condition to physicians and families
• complete incident reports and required charting.
