Job overview

The Prep Cook role is onsite in Dublin, OH, and pays $15–$18 per hour. The cook prepares food according to the kitchen’s daily prep list and standards.

What you'll do

• Complete opening and closing checklists
• prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items for cooking
• portion ingredients according to recipes
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• report equipment, food-quality, and supply issues to the Kitchen Manager
• and assist with kitchen closing.
