Program Leader — After-School Childcare

What you'll do

• Supervise and care for youth ages 5–12
• maintain safety during programs and excursions
• facilitate arts, science, building, dramatic play, and physical activities
• organize routines, snacks, meals, and playground supervision
• maintain program materials and cleanliness
• communicate with supervisors, teammates, and families
• use positive behavior guidance
• report suspected child abuse.

Why this role

During regular school days, the schedule is approximately 2:15/2:30 PM–6:00 PM; during school breaks, hours may run 6:45 AM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The posting requires at least 460 documented hours working with children.
