What you'll do

• Oversee finance and accounting operations and supervise 3–5 employees
• maintain financial records and accounting policies
• ensure compliance with government requirements
• establish controls over accounting transactions
• oversee financial reports and general ledger entries
• monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits, and reconciliations
• oversee VABS billing and collections
• prepare budgets and forecasts
• coordinate audits and banking transactions
• submit contract expenditure reports and agency reports
• perform month-end close and prepare financial statements
• complete UDS and cost reports.
