What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse employees and daily workflow
• oversee outbound shipments, receiving, stocking, storage, and product rotation
• prepare receiving reports, shipping documents, bills of lading, and returned goods authorizations
• maintain product traceability and shipping compliance
• reconcile inventory counts with Oracle
• review operational reports and key performance indicators
• enforce safety, quality, food safety, and GMP procedures
• coach employees and coordinate with other supervisors
• participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
