The Machine Operator role is onsite in Delafield, WI, with first-, second-, and weekend-shift schedules. Tanis Brush makes industrial and utility brushes for customers across industries. The operator sets up and runs production equipment, inspects parts against customer specifications, and maintains a safe, organized work area. Accurate records, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement help keep production reliable and product quality consistent.

What you'll do

• Set up, load programs, and operate machines
• follow work orders, instructions, and blueprints
• operate clippers, rotary trimmers, and secondary equipment
• inspect products with precision measuring tools
• perform basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• maintain production records and a clean work area
• support new employee training and continuous improvement
• follow safety procedures and support ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.

Why this role

First shift: Monday–Thursday, 5 a.m.–3 p.m.; second shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:45 p.m.–12:45 a.m., with a $2/hour premium; weekend shift: Friday–Sunday, 5 a.m.–5 p.m., with four extra paid hours weekly for perfect attendance. Annual performance bonus may be available.
