What you'll do

• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend practices
• collaborate with business users in workshops, testing, training, and go-live support
• resolve incidents and analyze root causes
• prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams
• conduct unit, integration, SIT, and UAT activities
• deliver training and knowledge transfer
• support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization
• maintain master data
• analyze incidents and enhancements
• create test scripts, user manuals, and configuration guides
• make SAP configuration changes
• provide support under defined SLAs.
