What you'll do

• Attend morning meetings and receive assignments
• collect daily paperwork and guest-request information
• clean guestrooms to hotel standards
• notify the housekeeping supervisor when rooms are ready
• maintain cart inventory and replace room information materials
• report stains, missing items, and maintenance issues
• follow lost-and-found procedures
• clean guest-floor hallways
• report room-service trays
• check laundry supplies
• organize storage closets and housekeeping areas
• follow key security and safety procedures.
