What you'll do

• Process customer orders in IQMS
• monitor customer portals for purchase orders and delivery requirements
• coordinate production schedules
• track shipments and communicate order status
• issue pick tickets and verify inventory
• collaborate with Sales, Production, Shipping, Tooling, and Maintenance
• participate in scheduling meetings
• review customer contracts
• maintain records and provide customer service.
