Armed Security Professional

Armed Security Professional is an in-person role serving client locations in the Denver Metro area, including Aurora and Boulder, Colorado. Compensation is $26–$30 per hour. HCCI Protection provides protective services to schools, religious institutions, businesses, and community clients. The role provides a visible protective presence, deters and identifies suspicious activity, responds to incidents, and helps protect people and property. It also requires clear communication, de-escalation when appropriate, accurate reporting, and adherence to client post orders and company policies.

What you'll do

• Maintain vigilance and serve as a visible deterrent
• identify suspicious activity and prohibited conduct
• respond to emergency and non-emergency situations
• communicate with supervisors, clients, team members, and the public
• use verbal intervention and de-escalation when appropriate
• take physical action during a crisis when legally and reasonably necessary
• protect clients, employees, guests, students, community members, and property
• write and upload reports
• follow post orders, company policies, and client expectations.
