What you'll do

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
• handle employee onboarding and offboarding
• manage accounts, password resets, MFA, and access requests
• administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
• manage software licenses
• support computers, printers, mobile devices, and business applications
• troubleshoot Windows, Office, email, VPN, and connectivity
• support RMM and MDM platforms
• maintain documentation and asset inventory
• assist with cybersecurity and endpoint protection
• escalate complex issues.

Why this role
