What you'll do

• Guide, supervise, hire, train, and evaluate Rapid Rehousing Advocates
• ensure housing-program quality and compliance
• provide case management, support, advocacy, and crisis intervention
• assist participants with rental assistance, referrals, vouchers, and moves to permanent housing
• carry an assigned caseload
• maintain community partnerships and resource information
• complete reports, records, data entry, and case-file reviews
• support volunteers and interns
• develop and maintain a Rapid Rehousing program manual
• fulfill on-call manager responsibilities and emergency-essential duties.
