What you'll do

• Perform the Aveda Guest Service Cycle
• maintain average sales of at least $55
• support timely service flow using Salon Biz appointment booking
• manage incoming calls
• provide hair and wellness expertise
• offer guests a renewal ritual, which may include hand treatment, makeup application, or neck and shoulder massage
• support students with product knowledge
• maintain the retail area
• and participate in monthly inventory.
