What you'll do

• Support Market Access leaders with administrative tasks, documents, meeting preparation, calendar management, travel and expense reports, onboarding, department files, and team events. Coordinate contracting and procurement workflows
• track department budgets, spending, accruals, and forecasts
• serve as a stakeholder contact
• support congress, advisory board, and speaker program logistics
• and track strategic project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
