What you'll do

• Manage sales associates and develop strategies to improve customer experience

• maintain a positive showroom atmosphere
• hold sales training meetings at least three days a week
• conduct daily 9 a.m. meetings
• assist associates with customers
• monitor and assist with funding deals
• maintain CRM activity
• watch for fraudulent situations.
