What you'll do

• Serve as the operational contact for strategic accounts
• lead customer reviews and schedule updates
• coordinate cross-functional action items
• work on the manufacturing floor to address bottlenecks
• drive new product introduction and production readiness
• coordinate drawings, tooling, inspection planning, test fixtures, and materials
• identify schedule, supplier, engineering, and qualification risks
• execute recovery plans.
