What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• supervise and train RBTs for 15–20% of their hours
• collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data
• maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
