What you'll do

• Develop new products, product improvements, and cost-saving projects from bench to production scale. Define formulation, nutrition, and process parameters
• plan and execute trials
• analyze data
• identify market opportunities
• partner with Marketing, Sales, Quality, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Engineering
• transfer technology to operations
• support manufacturing start-ups and technical service
• contribute to customer presentations.
