What you'll do

• Own the Jenkins-to-GitHub Actions migration architecture and execution plan
• develop pipeline inventory, complexity scoring, wave planning, automation, and cutover strategy
• create reference architectures for major technology stacks
• establish standards, governance, onboarding playbooks, and platform support processes
• design reusable workflows and composite actions
• promote organization-wide repository and workflow practices
• build self-service onboarding resources
• define runner strategy
• and establish monitoring, alerting, queue and latency management, and incident runbooks.
