Client Relations Assistant

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and answer questions
• coordinate appointments, evaluations, and services
• maintain client and dog records, vaccination records, waivers, and other documents
• keep reception and client areas clean and organized
• complete opening and closing procedures
• prepare materials and share timely client information with trainers
• communicate with teammates.
