The Site Supervisor — First Shift is an onsite, full-time role in Henderson, KY, working 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Compensation is $20.50 per hour, paid weekly. Allied Universal provides security and facility services to clients and communities.

What you'll do

• Oversee on-site security staffing, scheduling, and training
• verify required training and screening
• inspect personnel and service quality for contract compliance
• handle operational tasks such as payroll and incident reports
• respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as required by site post orders
• direct and provide feedback to staff.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one of the listed qualifying backgrounds: military service, Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets, at least one year of security-related supervisory experience, or an associate degree or higher. Must be able to obtain a TWIC upon employment. Security experience of 2+ years is strongly preferred.
