What you'll do

• Maintain a caseload of at least 18 participants
• complete intakes and assist with tenancy applications
• meet weekly with participants and conduct at least one monthly home visit
• support tenancy education, housing transitions, and access to household items
• connect participants with benefits, education, training, employment, and community resources
• maintain case records and coordinate with team members.
