Winder Operator — Night Shift

The Winder Operator — Night Shift role is onsite in Scarborough, ME, with pay of $21–$24 per hour. NEPW Logistics provides warehousing, logistics, transportation, and paper-converting services across northern New England. The operator converts and packages paper rolls to meet customer orders, maintaining equipment and tracking production and inventory. The role supports accurate, safe production and fulfillment through quality checks, equipment upkeep, and adherence to safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain converting and packaging equipment
• use computer systems to track production, update inventory, and label finished products
• operate an industrial truck after obtaining the proper license
• follow product quality and safety requirements
• perform needed machine maintenance and report major issues to a supervisor or shift leader.

Why this role

The schedule is four consecutive 12-hour night shifts followed by four nights off, repeating. Industrial truck experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
