What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned terminal areas, concourses, gates, baggage areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations
• monitor for unusual activity and unauthorized access
• report observations
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed
• assist with access control, visitor direction, and site-rule compliance
• document activity using computer or tablet technology.
