The Customer Service Agent is an onsite role based in Killeen, TX. The pay range is $12.52 to $15.52 per hour. What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
• Research systems to find missing information.
• Accurately document and process customer claims.
• Lead fact-finding discussions to determine the best options for the customer.
