What you'll do

• Operate rubber injection molding machines according to production specifications
• inspect finished parts for defects and quality
• identify basic molding issues and make adjustments as needed
• clean and prepare equipment between runs
• count, sort, and package products
• complete production documentation
• follow work instructions and safety procedures
• maintain an organized production area and meet daily production goals.
