Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise maintenance personnel
• oversee preventive and corrective maintenance
• provide technical guidance and mentorship
• ensure maintenance work follows safety and quality standards
• track work orders, preventive maintenance, and service requests
• support Lean and 6S initiatives
• coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams
• work with vendors and contractors
• oversee facility infrastructure maintenance and coordinate repairs, improvements, and capital projects
• conduct facility inspections and maintain project documentation.
