AI Project Manager

Job overview

The AI Project Manager role is fully onsite Monday through Friday in Houston, TX. Pay is $75–$95 per hour. The position represents and supports the Enterprise AI team across business and technology functions. The role turns business needs and early-stage ideas into prioritized, actionable AI initiatives, guiding work from discovery through rollout and adoption. It coordinates stakeholders and technical contributors, tracks delivery risks and decisions, and helps the team focus on high-value work.

What you'll do

• Represent the Enterprise AI team
• lead discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings
• translate requests into scopes, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
• prioritize backlogs
• coordinate AI initiatives through testing, rollout, training, and adoption
• track progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions
• support Agile ceremonies and stakeholder communications.
